Free fitness Consultations
We offer FREE fitness consultations for all adult & teen (ages 15 and up) facility members. Our staff will help you to achieve your goals, keep your motivation and interest, and provide proper exercise and nutritional guidelines. Call for more information.

Group Fitness Classes

Class dates and times listed below. Take advantage of all the classes the Y has to offer!

Step Creations
Learn fun creative step choreography, which will increase metabolism, cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Weights and balls are used for toning muscles.


Step I
Learn fun step choreography that is easy to follow, yet strong and energy producing. A muscular conditioning segment is also a part of this workout plus relaxing stretch. Extra help with step choreography available before class.
Step II + Pilates
Challenging step combinations designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Improve mind power and physical endurance.
Fitness Boxing (Co-ed)
Great boxing choreography for cardiovascular endurance, muscular conditioning and stretching.
Body Rock
Utilize balls, bands, weights, steps, etc. for a variety of exercises used to tone and shape abs, arm, legs, and hips. Remember, a well-toned body burns calories even at rest!
Total Body Conditioning
An exciting total body workout using step choreography, balls and weights in order to improve energy and burn fat.



Adult Fitness (Co-ed)
This low impact workout is a great cardiovascular workout performed to great popular music. Improve flexibility, strength, and balance in this workout.
 
Zumba
A hot new craze which fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy-to-follow to create a dynamic fitness program that will really have you movin' and shakin'
Yoga for Health (Co-ed)
Become more flexible and stronger with regular practice. Improve focus, balance, strength, posture, and concentration
Encore
Utilize balls, bands, weights, steps, etc. for a variety of exbercises used to tone and shape abs, arm, legs, and hips. Remember, a well-toned body burns calories even at rest!

Aqua Aerobics (Co-ed)
This wonderful aqua aerobics class promotes cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone

Ultra Aqua Aerobics (Co-ed)
This combination aqua aerobics includes great aerobics and circuit training


Class Fee for Facility Members
F.I.T Kids (6-12 years old)
Fitness activities designed just for kids held in the auditorium at the same time as Fitness Boxing held in the main gym.
