Step Creations Learn fun creative step choreography, which will
increase metabolism, cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Weights and balls
are used for toning muscles.

Step I
Learn fun step choreography that is easy to follow, yet strong and
energy producing. A muscular conditioning segment is also a part of this workout
plus relaxing stretch. Extra help with step choreography available before class.

Challenging step combinations designed to help you achieve
your fitness goals. Improve mind power and physical endurance.

Fitness Boxing (Co-ed)
Great boxing choreography for cardiovascular endurance,
muscular conditioning and stretching.
Tuesday 6 - 7 PM |
Body Rock
Utilize balls, bands, weights, steps, etc. for a variety of exercises
used to tone and shape abs, arm, legs, and hips. Remember, a well-toned body burns
calories even at rest!

Total Body Conditioning
An exciting total body workout using step choreography,
balls and weights in order to improve energy and burn fat.
