| Wellness Center Consultations - The Y offers consultations for those interested in learning how to use the equipment or to begin a program in our Wellness Center. If you are always in a rush and feel that you never have enough time to workout, or you like working out but feel that free weights are not for you, the Y's Wellness Center is set up for circuit training so you can get your workout done in a minimum of 30-minutes on all cardiovascular and all cable machines. | Personal Training - Personal Training is available for those individuals who would like one-on-one session with our instructors. Trainers will workout with you and answer any questions you may have concerning your program. | Simply call the front desk at 610-434-9333 to make an appointment with any of our massage therapists. Appointments for women will be in the massage room in the Women's Health Center. Appointments for men will be in the Men's Health Center. Please let us know if you'd like a half-hour or full hour appointment. If you cannot keep your appointment, please give us 24-hour notice.
