This support group offers encouragement and sharing of personal experiences with women who have experienced breast cancer. | Quick Start - 12 weeks to a New You!! - This FREE 12-week program is designed for those who do not exercise regularly. This program will help Facility Members who have been inactive, take the necessary steps to become more active, stay active and become healthier in spirit, mind and body. The program will teach you how to exercise properly on the weight machines, develop healthy eating plans and provide the motivational support you need to become physically fit.
