Older Adults Staying Independent & Strong (OASIS)
OASIS is a unique program sponsored by the United Way for low income older adults ages 55 and over.
This program specializes in helping older adults stay strong, remain in their homes and take care
of themselves. OASIS is a variety of unique physical programs in cluding chair aerobics, water
aerobics, arthritis classes, low impact aerobics, chair yoga, multi-level strength training equipment,
recreational and lap swimming in our heated pool and a walking track

who suffer from arthritis. Handicap pool access and locker rooms are available.
